Conditions which a private security officer must have
The article which is in the law about 5188 numberet private security services
ARTICLE 10- Conditions which are wanted from a private security officer:
a) To be a Turkish Republic Citizen
b) At least high school graduate
c) Must be 18
d) Except negligence crimes, heavy imprisonment or more than 6 months in prison or if incured indemnity,any crimes which is committed to the government itself,dept,corruption,secret commisson,robbery,deceit,security abuse,forgery,chicane bankruptcy or illegal trade, except illegal trade of making a use of a thing andconsumption,formal tender and trade,mischief,to give away government secrets,make a pass,indecent assault,chasitity attack,rape,kidnap girls,womwn or children and detention,solicitation of chastity, mediation for prostitution, usinh drugs, not to be convicted for cirimes such as nacotic drug illegal trade.
e) Not to be forbidden in public rights.
f) Not to have illness such as mental illness and other illnesses which will stop tou to do the duty.
g) Private Security basic education must be completed successfully as it specifies in the 14 th article.
The article which is in the 5188 numbered law code for Private Security Service.
Article 18- to give working pemisson to a private security officer,together with legal reguirment which is in the 10th law code article also includes the points which are specified below.From a hospital or a sufficient medical institube healdh report is wanted saying ‘can be a private securityofficer’.
a)Psychiadry:No to be psychiatric illness or personality disorder(Pschopaty)=; alcohol or addicted to alcohol.
b) Neurology: not to have neurology illness which can be obstacle for you to fulfill the duty of private security service.
c) Eyes: Not to be blind, night blindness, colour blindness
d) Ears, Nose, Throat (KBB) Hearing Loss which can be obstacle for you to work as a private security.
e) Orthopedy: not to have exceeding muscle or bone movement problem.
